New: 12-Hour time mode (AM/PM) in addition to the existing 24-Hour time mode (Military Time). Alarm/Command: in addition to a sound you can simultaneously trigger a command at alarm time. Volume setting: the new volume control allows you to set an independent volume for your alarms. Improvements: Alarm will automatically hide its alerts (on-screen message or full-screen alert) after a configurable interval (default: 15 minutes). Snooze interval is extended to 59 minutes. The Reset function is now also available as a button on the main window. "Set Alarm on Startup" improved to automatically change the Registry. Other minor improvements.

New: Flexible batch sizes: you can now select sizes from 2 up to 3000 pixels. Intervals are 1 pixel sharp. Other things worth mentioning: improved error handling of image files; fixed a few inconsistencies with Vista and improved the overall speed of the program.

SnapShot is a no nonsense screen capturing tool that allows you to grab your desktop, window, or any part of the screen and save it as JPG or PNG (all the usual popular formats are available) or send it straight to your favorite editor, for further editing. You can also send screen captures as an attachment with the build-in e-mail engine. Other features include global hotkeys, automatically save screen captures, automatic filename generation and support for external editors.

New: EXIF data support; DPI setting; Outcome prediction; HTML Help System.
PIXresizer will recognize EXIF data from your picture files, and maintain them in its resized images. PIXresizer will also be able to predict the outcome size of images to be resized in inches as well as in cm. Also, you will be able to set a DPI value for your images if you prefer to do so. Finally, the Help file is replaced with a HTML based system for compatibility with Windows Vista, which does not support WinHelp-based help files anymore (as of RC2).

A few new options: TXTcollector has an extensions list to make things easier when you want to work with (for instance) log files. It also has a separators list that can be used to add your own creations. On the error front: TXTcollector will from now on report when files could not be written to the merged file. TXTcollector will also remember previously used directories and filenames.

TABS2spaces converts tab characters to space characters in text files and on the Clipboard. Works with single files as well as with multiple files all at once. Excellent for converting tab delimited text files produced on a PC that look horrible on a Mac (to name just one of the many uses you can use this utility for... :-)
